I’ve understood for a long time that when light codes move through me, they sometimes carry the distinct resonance of an ascended master, but it’s never been “channeling a being”. I understand it as the frequency band they hold within the ascension field. This has always been obvious in my experience because of the way a transmission suddenly shifts sound, intelligence, or vibration. I haven’t put it into words until now, but I feel it is important to make this understood. Sometimes I see the ascended masters in my visions while bringing through a light language or light codes, and I know that I'm working in their frequency because this is where the light languages come from - I'm always immersed in their energies. It's not just the Ascended Masters, but other Light Beings from other places within our Universe. The frequencies express in different ways with different purposes. Sometimes it's pure sound and sometimes it's clicking, clucking, whistling sounds, or different languages. My energy rises into alignment with one of their frequencies, and then the codes naturally express that energy signature. I’m not speaking for them, because that would make it separate from myself; I’m speaking from within the frequency they carry, and it feels like now is a good time to write about this.

The Master Frequencies Within the Ascension Field

For me there’s actually no moment of recognising a shift, because there’s no separation in the first place; I’m simply in the bandwidth all the time, and it flows from one frequency to another without any pause or transition. I don’t channel one stream, I channel many within a single session, and they move through me as naturally as my breath. The ascension field is layered, and my system sits inside those layers, so different frequencies rise and express themselves depending on what’s needed. It’s a smooth transition from when one moment a sound language comes through, then it shifts into clicks or whistles, then into a completely different galactic sound, and none of it feels like “changing channels”; it’s more like the energy field rearranging itself around me while I stay in the same place. This is why I’ve never described it as channeling a single being, because it has multi layers and I’m immersed in all of it at once.

When I’m bringing through a transmission for the Collective, like the Monday Light Codes Sessions, the sounds don’t “choose themselves” in any deliberate way; they arise from whatever frequency I’m already immersed in. Because I sit inside these frequencies all the time, the field simply expresses what is needed for the Collective or for an individual client. If I’m working with someone one‑to‑one, the sounds shift to help their system rise toward a higher timeline, and that happens naturally once their body begins integrating the frequencies. It’s not something I decide or direct, but instead the ascension field moves through me, and the sounds form themselves according to the intelligence of the frequency. Sometimes it’s pure sound, sometimes it becomes clicks, clucks, whistles, or a completely different language, and it all depends on which beings or master frequencies are active in that moment.

When I’m working with the Collective, the field itself shapes the transmission because it already knows what is needed for that moment in our ascension. I don’t decide the sounds or the languages; the Collective frequency moves through me and expresses itself in whatever form supports the wider shift. It’s the same in individual sessions; their personal field interacts with the ascension field, and the sounds adjust instantly to meet their timeline. There’s no thinking, no choosing, no pause between frequencies. The Collective can pull one sound, and a client’s body can pull another, and the field reorganises itself around both without any effort from me. I simply stay inside the frequency, and the energies express according to the intelligence of the person or the group. It’s a co‑creation between their energy and the ascension field, and I’m just the point where it becomes audible.

The universe communicates what the Collective is ready for through the way the field feels when I step into a transmission; it’s like a subtle expansion or a shift in pressure, and the sounds rise out of that without me interpreting or directing anything. The universe knows what the Collective needs, and it brings through whatever universal frequencies, keys, codes, or languages support the wider movement we’re all making. Individuals interact with that differently; their timelines, their bodies, and their emotional fields all respond in their own way, and the sounds adjust instantly. A client’s system might draw a softer sound, a sharper galactic click, or a deeper Master frequency, and the field simply reorganises around that. It’s a constant interplay between the Universal sounds and the individual: the universe sets the predominant frequency available at that moment, and each person’s energy adjust according to what they can handle.

The energy field reorganises itself through the intelligence of the frequencies, not through anything I consciously do. When I’m inside a transmission, the energy field moves around me, adjusting itself to what the Universe is giving me for the Collective or to the individual without any interruption in the flow. If a client needs a sharper frequency to lift their timeline, the field tightens and the sounds shift.

When I’m working with someone one‑to‑one, their personal energy field interacts with the ascension field, and the sounds adjust instantly to meet their timeline. And if they speak to me about something arising in their field while I’m working on them, the energy shifts automatically toward whatever is surfacing in that moment. Their concern, their emotion, their insight; all of it becomes part of the frequency, and the field reorganises itself around that without any interruption in the flow. The ascension field responds to their body and their awareness, and the sounds reshape themselves to support the movement they’re making. It’s a natural co‑creation between their energy and the wider energy field.

When a client becomes aware of something arising in their field, it doesn’t just shift the frequency, it reshapes the energies around them. Awareness acts like a turnaround point inside the ascension field, and the moment they speak or feel what’s surfacing, the energy reorganises itself to meet that point directly. It’s not the same as the natural flow of frequencies moving through a healing session; this is more immediate, more precise. If you are the client, it's your consciousness that opens a doorway, and the energy field folds, expands, or tightens around that opening so the transmission can work exactly where it’s needed. A concern, a memory, or a physical sensation; it's whatever is coming into their awareness becoming the new centre of the frequency, and the sounds adjust themselves without breaking the flow.

Shifting into Higher Timelines

Timelines respond instantly when the energy field reorganises itself, because the moment a frequency shifts, the timeline that matches that vibration comes forward. It’s a subtle shift, like gently sliding into a higher reality. When a client’s awareness opens something, the energy field adjusts and their timeline adjusts with it, rising to meet the new frequency. Sometimes it’s a small movement, sometimes it’s a complete lift, but it always happens in alignment with what their body can integrate. The ascension field presents the next available timeline, and their system steps into it as they settle into the new frequencies. Once the vibration changes, the timeline that belongs to that vibration becomes accessible, and the client is able to move into it without effort.

Integration is what determines how far a timeline can open, because the body has to be able to hold the frequency before the shift can stabilise. When the energy reorganises itself around a client’s awareness, their system absorbs whatever part of the frequency it can actually embody, and that level of embodiment is what decides which timeline becomes available. It’s never about wanting a higher timeline or reaching for one, instead, it’s about how much of the ascension frequency their physical, emotional, and mental bodies can integrate in that moment. As the integration deepens, the timelines naturally rise, one layer at a time, without force or effort. The field presents the next timeline that matches their vibration, and their system steps into it as soon as the frequency is fully anchored. It’s always the body that decides.

The body always signals when it’s ready for the next frequency layer, and it does this long before the mind catches up. Sometimes it’s a shift in the clients breath, even some breathlessness as the body adjusts and sometimes it's release in the emotional body and you might be crying for no particular reason. This is a sign you have stopped resisting. The body knows when it can hold more light. Once everything has settled the sounds simply stop. The new timeline is now available, but it's up to you on all levels to accept it. You might be trying to shift to a new timeline for a long time, but you continue to resist through fear and so forth and so the new timeline is delayed until you are able to hold the higher intelligence frequency in your field. The body decides and the frequencies respond. This is not just during a healing session, but in life in general. You can notice when the shifts are starting to happen.

Universal Codes for the Collective

The transmissions I bring through are universal frequencies, keys, and codes that the universe makes available for the Collective. It’s not me shifting or healing the Collective; I simply transmit what is present in the ascension field, and those who are ready naturally find it. The Collective receives these frequencies in the same way an individual does, through their readiness, how they resonate with them, and how aligned they are. Individuals clear themselves when they listen to the recorded light codes, their own system integrates what it can hold, and the rest unfolds naturally. My role is only to step aside from my ego, stay centred, and allow the universal intelligence to express through me.

We as individuals are contributing to the Collective simply by raising our own frequency. Every time an individual integrates more light, clears distortion, or steps into a higher timeline, that movement naturally reflects into the Collective field. It’s not that I’m healing the Collective, and it’s not that the transmissions are directed at the Collective in a targeted way. The universe provides the frequencies, keys, and codes that are available at this time, and those who are ready find them. When an individual receives and integrates these frequencies, their own shift becomes part of the wider movement we’re all making. The Collective rises through the readiness of individuals, one by one, and the transmissions simply offer the layers of intelligence that support that rise. So, as an individual sets intention to heal and rise in frequency, they are also stepping into service to assist the Collective of Humanity to also rise in Service and this is what we are all here for. Each person simply awakens to this at different times. We are each placeholders to a better world.

So, this is how I understand the Ascended Masters coming through. They don’t arrive as separate beings or step into the session; they emerge as a frequency that can be felt or sometimes seen, when the Collective or the individual reaches a higher level that matches their vibration. The moment the energy field lifts into their bandwidth, their refinement becomes present and the balance and harmony, and the precision of their frequency comes through the sounds, codes, and keys and light language that enable the shift to take place. It’s a natural consequence of moving into a higher level of intelligence that they already hold. When the transmission reaches that point, their frequency becomes the mastery energy expressed within the field.

Detecting Distorted Frequencies

It’s all Master frequency that I transmit from, but within individual sessions I can also recognise when someone is carrying distorted energy. I don’t get this from the Collective; only from the person in front of me or who I am working with through my distant sessions. The distortion shows itself through specific sounds that come through; sounds that don’t match the coherence of the Master layer. Sometimes it’s a denseness in their energy, sometimes a jumbled, non‑coherent language that rises instead of the pure sacred sounds of light. The Master frequency is always balanced, precise, and harmonious, so anything that doesn’t match that intelligence becomes obvious. I can feel the difference and I work to clear it. The Master frequency expresses itself through clarity, and distortion expresses itself through dissonance. That’s how I know what’s present in someone’s field, and that’s how the Masters make themselves known to me, through the unmistakable purity of their frequency.

This is important - I’m not clearing the Collective; to do that would mean taking on enormous karmic weight, and that’s not my role. My clearing work is with individuals, and within that space I can help someone realign to the higher Master frequencies and lift beyond the layers where density resides. The Master frequency is the pure intelligence of the ascension field, and when an individual is ready, I can guide their system back into that natural balance and harmony. Distorted energy shows itself clearly in a person’s field through certain sounds, through denseness, through jumbled or non‑coherent language, and the clearing takes place and they stop resisting, the Master frequency becomes available again. I help them rise into the higher levels where the distortion can no longer hold and then the Master frequencies come through.

In the end, what I bring through are universal frequencies, keys, and codes that the Collective is ready for. I’m not healing the Collective, and I’m not clearing it; I simply transmit the levels of intelligence that are available for humanity at this time. My ego steps aside so the purity of the transmission can rise, and the frequencies express themselves through my system without interference. Those who find the transmissions or take part in them are ready for that level, and their own system does the clearing and integrating. With individuals, I can recognise where density still sits and assist them to realign to the higher Master frequencies so they can rise beyond it.

Remember - the Ascended Masters and higher light beings don’t arrive as separate entities, instead they emerge as high frequencies when the energy field of an individual lifts into their vibration, and the sounds, codes, keys, and languages shift to match their intelligence. This is how their mastery becomes present in my transmissions: through resonating at the level that brings alignment through the energy field of ascension.
