The Full Moon in Taurus
Every year, under the illumination of the full moon in Taurus, a sacred event known as WESAK takes place. This is a very Holy moment where the spiritual realm and humanity unite in harmony. It is a time of profound awakening, an opportunity to receive divine blessings, and a gateway to higher states of consciousness. This year WEAK falls on 12 May 2025.
What is WESAK
I know a lot of people ask the question " What is WESAK" so I hope I can give you a brief description so you can recognise WESAK as one of the most powerful spiritual celebrations of the year, marking the birth, enlightenment, and passing of Gautama Buddha. This is a time of triple-blessings, a moment when the Buddha returns in spirit to bestow his wisdom and light upon humanity, alongside other ascended masters.
Many spiritual traditions, recognise WESAK not only as a Buddhist holy day but as a universal portal of enlightenment, an opportunity for all beings to align with divine consciousness. The energies of Buddha’s awakening, his teachings of compassion, and his final ascension into Nirvana are all part of the powerful energies of this sacred full moon.
During the WESAK full moon, enlightened beings including Buddha, Christ consciousness, and the Great White Brotherhood, all gather in the WESAK Valley to transmit divine blessings and light codes to humanity. This divine gathering is an immense spiritual activation, where the veil between dimensions thins, allowing seekers to receive guidance, healing, and higher wisdom.
The Ascended Masters, who have transcended the cycles of reincarnation and now exist in higher realms, act as spiritual guides for humanity. Their presence during WESAK is deeply felt by those attuned to the energies of this particular full moon. You may experience visions, downloads of sacred knowledge, or a heightened sense of peace and clarity.

This is a most powerful time to align with the higher frequencies of ascension and divine awakening.
Why WESAK Matters Now More Than Ever
During these times of great change, WESAK carries an even deeper meaning. The energies of spiritual rebirth and conscious activation are calling humanity forward, and urging us to embody peace, wisdom, and unity.

WESAK Valley
There is a place called WESAK Valley that is a sacred location in the Himalayas. The WESAK Valley is believed to be the site of an extraordinary spiritual gathering during the WESAK full moon. According to legend, this valley becomes a powerful energetic portal where enlightened beings, ascended masters, and spiritual seekers unite to receive divine blessings.
Situated near Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar in western Tibet, the WESAK Valley is said to be where Buddha returns in spirit each year to transmit high-frequency energies to humanity. It is described as a serene expanse surrounded by towering peaks, with a great rock table at its center where the sacred ceremony takes place. Pilgrims and initiates gather here, both physically and energetically, to receive the profound transmissions of enlightenment and wisdom.
The valley is also linked to Shamballa, the mystical spiritual center believed to exist in a higher dimension. During WESAK, the veil between worlds is said to be at its thinnest, allowing for deep spiritual connection and transformation.
Shamballa (or Shambhala) is a mystical kingdom deeply rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition. It is described as a hidden land of enlightenment, a place where wisdom, peace, and spiritual perfection are preserved.
Ancient texts describe Shamballa as being ruled by enlightened beings who guide humanity toward spiritual awakening. The Kalachakra Tantra, a sacred Buddhist scripture, speaks of Shamballa as a realm where the teachings of higher consciousness are safeguarded until the world is ready to receive them. It is believed that when the forces of darkness rise, the final king of Shamballa will emerge to restore balance and harmony.
Shamballa is often depicted as a Utopian paradise, hidden deep within the Himalayas, inaccessible to those who are not spiritually prepared. Some traditions suggest that it exists in a higher dimension, beyond the physical realm, and can only be reached through deep meditation and inner transformation.
The legend of Shamballa has inspired seekers for centuries, symbolising the journey toward enlightenment and the pursuit of inner peace. It represents the ultimate spiritual destination, a place where divine wisdom and cosmic harmony reign.
You might have heard of Shamballa in the book The Secret of Shambhala: In Search of the Eleventh Insight, which is the third book in The Celestine Prophecy series by James Redfield. In this book, the main character embarks on a journey to Tibet in search of the mystical land of Shambhala, the hidden spiritual Utopia accessible only through heightened spiritual awareness.
The book explores themes of prayer energy, synchronicity, and the merging of heaven and earth, emphasising the idea that Shambhala is not just a physical place but a higher vibrational state that can be accessed through deep spiritual attunement. I'm going to read it again as a way of honouring WESAK and intending to align with the energies I invite you to do the same.
